Kuymak / Muhlama aka Cheese Fondue
Known as kuymak if you’re from Trabzon and muhlama/mıhlama if you’re from Rize, this popular breakfast dish is well-known from the Black Sea region. A savory dish of butter, corn meal and cheese cooked and melted together and served with bread for dipping. It’s hot, stringy, greasy and delicious!
