Looking towards Sultanahmet, you can see Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque outlined in the distance.
Up on the hill behind the Istanbul Modern museum, a somewhat hidden park exists near the Ebul Fadil Mehmet Efendi Camii in Cihangir. The park could use some more trees and trash cans, but despite the construction obscuring our view, you can see Istanbul at a full glance.
From my research and based on signage I’m convinced it’s called Sanatkarlar Parki, but Umut insists it’s called Roma Parki.
